We will share our knowledge, experience and skills to help you innovate and develop new absorbent products, absorbent materials and absorbent systems for diapers, feminine hygiene and incontinence products. Our book "Nonwoven Structures for Absorption of Body Fluids" was published by EDANA in 2003 (https://www.edana.org/newsroom/reports-publications/publication/nonwoven-structures-for-absorption-of-body-fluids-(non-member).  We are interested in sustainability and biodegradability / compostability aspects of new absorbent products.  In our portfolio, we have a long list of U.S. and international patents (more than 100), and innovations in the area of absorbent products, materials for personal hygiene applications, nonwoven products and in other technical areas.  

We have worked for more than three decades as successful and highly valued subject matter experts with legal attorneys and patent examiners in various countries on numerous and diverse IP cases such as filing new patent disclosures, patent prosecutions, infringement of intellectual property and defending patent rights. Every single case was resolved to our favor. We can help you assess patentability of a given technical solution based on prior art, novelty, non-obviousness and, if necessary, inventive step. We use our teaching skills to train engineers and researchers of all ages in key areas of absorbency technology, absorbent products and materials, natural and synthetic fibers and polymers and airlaid nonwoven structures. We focus on applying basic applied science to assist our students in better understanding of practical aspects of new product designs, help them solve technical problems and develop new innovative technologies having significant business impact.
